Sally Rofe became a Partner of Wallace Wilkinson & Webster in 2021. Sally has a combined Bachelor of Arts and Law Degree and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1995.

Sally joined the firm in 2007, where she practices exclusively in the Family Law jurisdiction and makes regular appearances in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Sally has extensive experience in all legal areas arising from a relationship breakdown, whether that be a marriage or de facto relationship. Sally employs a strategic, solutions-based approach to focus upon the best legal outcome for clients.

A component of Sally’s practice includes her work as an Independent Children Lawyer after she was first appointed to the panel in 2000. Sally is currently an active member of the Family Law Committee of the Law Society, a former Vice President of the Family Law Practitioners Association of Tasmania and former member of Tasmania Women’s Lawyers.

Sally is currently ranked by the Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Market as a “Leading” Family Law Practitioner in Tasmania.
