Renee graduated with a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tasmania in 2003 and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2004.  She joined Wallace Wilkinson & Webster as Special Counsel in 2026 after more than 20 years private practice in civil litigation with other Tasmanian law firms.

Renee primarily acts for major insurance clients focusing on workers compensation and motor vehicle accidents, as well as for Tasmanian regulators in professional conduct, regulatory and disciplinary matters.  She regularly appears and instructs in the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and the Supreme Court of Tasmania.
