Phil Harris is Senior Litigation Partner of Wallace Wilkinson & Webster.

He is a former Tasmanian Police Officer and Legal Officer in the Australian Army Reserves.

Phil has practiced as a litigation lawyer since his admission as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1998.

He primarily acts for major insurance clients in all types of civil litigation but focuses substantially on workers compensation, motor vehicle accident claims and medical negligence claims. Where appropriate, he also acts for private clients in personal injury claims.

He regularly appears as Counsel in the Workers Rehabilitation & Compensation Tribunal.

In his spare time, Phil enjoys motorcycle riding and supporting the Geelong Football Club.
