Michael graduated with a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Tasmania in 2000 and was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 2001.

He joined Wallace Wilkinson & Webster in 2007 and since 2010 has been a Partner in our insurance litigation and personal injury team.

Michael is a panel solicitor for numerous insurance companies practicing broadly within insurance law. He has developed an extensive civil litigation practice with a focus in Workers Compensation, appearing regularly in the Workers Rehabilitation & Compensation Tribunal.

Michael is a state committee member of the Australian Insurance Law Association.
