David Wallace was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in February 1975.
David founded the firm in June 1976.
He practises as a Barrister and Solicitor in commercial and property and estate law.
He also conducts commercial litigation.
David is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Director of several Hobart companies.
David was the inaugural President of the Property Agents Tribunal established under The Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2005 until 2016.
David is the Deputy Chairperson of the Tribunal appointed by the Judges of the Supreme Court of Tasmania under The Legal Profession Act 2007 (Tas).

Graham Wood has a joint Bachelor of Economics and Law (Hons Degree). He was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August, 1984 and has been a partner of WWW since 1990. He specialises in all aspects of litigious work, including the conduct and carriage of matters representing the interest of both plaintiffs and defendants.
He has extensive experience in the conduct of workers compensation and personal injury matters both at trial level and on appeal. He has personally argued as Counsel many of the major decisions in Tasmania in workers compensation law.
He is a panel solicitor for numerous major insurance companies and has for over 20 years been the principal solicitor providing advice to the Police Association of Tasmania in respect of all legal issues including administrative law, workers compensation and industrial issues.
