Nathan Munting Specialist Areas Commercial Litigation Civil Litigation Workers Compensation Experience: Nathan graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2005 being awarded a combined Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws with Honours in Laws. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and a Barrister and Solicitor to the High Court of Australia in August 2006. Nathan commenced practice in Hobart at Chris Boland Lawyers in 2006 and was appointed a Senior Associate in 2011. Nathan joined the litigation department at Wallace Wilkinson & Webster in 2011.  Nathan’s practice is primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation however he also undertakes work in the areas of insolvency law, employment law, and estate litigation. Nathan’s focus is in on delivering high quality and practical advice to private clients to ensure they are provided with every opportunity to achieve their goal. Nathan is a member of the Law Society Young Lawyers Southern Committee, which provides professional development, social interaction and networking and general support for all practitioners in Southern Tasmania. Outside the office Nathan enjoys participating in sport (including soccer and touch football) and travelling.
