Experience:
David Wallace was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in February 1975. David founded the firm in June 1976 and is the Managing Partner.

He practises as a Barrister and Solicitor in commercial, property, revenue and banking law with an emphasis on securities. He also conducts commercial and professional negligence litigation.

David is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Director of several Hobart companies.

David is the President of The Property Agents Tribunal established under the Property Agents and Land Transactions Act 2005 Tasmania.

Graham Wood Graham Wood

Experience:
Graham Wood has a joint Bachelor of Economics and Law (Honours) Degree.

He was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in August 1984 and has been a Partner of Wallace Wilkinson & Webster since 1990.

He specialises in all aspects of litigious work including the conduct and carriage of matters representing the interest of both Plaintiff and Defendants.  He has extensive experience in the conduct of Workers Compensation matters, both at trial level and on appeal, having personally argued many of the major decisions in Tasmania dealing with the provisions of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.

Graham is a panel solicitor for a number of insurance companies.

Frances Di Giovanni Frances Di Giovanni

Frances Di Giovanni was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1991.  She has been a partner of the firm since January 1998 and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist (LIV).

Frances practises exclusively in the Family Law area.  She appears regularly in the Family Court of Australia and in the Children’s Court on child welfare matters.  She holds a Certificate of Dispute Resolution from Bond University and accreditation from the Community Mediation Service (Tas).

Frances has formerly held a commission as a part-time member of the Social Security Appeals Tribunal and is actively involved as a member of the Family Law Practitioners Association.

Frances was appointed to the Council of the Law Society of Tasmania from October 1999 to October 2003.  From 2004 to 2007 she regularly advised the Law Society on disciplinary matters both as an Investigations Officer and as Counsel and in October 2007 was appointed by the Judges of the Supreme Court of Tasmania as a member of the Disciplinary Tribunal.

He joined Wallace Wilkinson & Webster in 1997 and has been a Partner since 2002. 

Will practises in all aspects of Commercial and Contract Law and Residential and Commercial Conveyancing as well as Wills and Estates.

His clients include many well-known Tasmanian businesses and enterprises, major financial institutions as well as individuals.

Phil Harris Phil Harris

Phillip Harris was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1998.  He was a partner of a Hobart plaintiff firm before working in Canberra from 2004 to 2006.  He practises in personal injury litigation, workers compensation and industrial law.  He acts for both insurance companies and private clients.

Phillip is a former Tasmania Police Officer and is currently a Legal Officer in the Australian Army Reserves.
