Robert Young was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania on the 13th day of February, 1967, was registered as a Tax Agent on the 16th day of April, 1975 and enrolled on the Register of Practitioners of Federal Courts on the 15th day of January, 1976.

Robert is a fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

Robert has extensive and long standing experience in a wide range of Commercial and Litigious matters as well as extensive Conveyancing experience. 

Experience:
James (Jim) Wilkinson MLC was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1979. He was a partner of the firm until being elected as a member of the Legislative Council of the Tasmanian Parliament. He is one of Tasmania's most experienced criminal counsel. He has extensive experience as an advocate in the Criminal Courts and Magistrates Courts and has appeared as Senior Counsel in numerous murder trials and other serious crimes.

Jim is involved in sport administration, having been Chief Commissioner of the Tasmanian Australian National Football League and a Commissioner of the Tasmanian Cricket Council. He is a former prominent sportsman, having played AFL Football and a Tasmanian representative at senior level in three sports. He is a foundation member of the Sports Law organisation in Tasmania.
